As expressed in our terms we want happy customers, however we are wholesalers of parts and therefore are sometimes in the hands of the manufacturer when it comes to parts returned under warranty. We would want you to understand the following points before returning any item.

New Parts Unopened & Unused

  1. Please ensure any returns are sent back in original and un-damaged re-sellable condition.
  2. 30 DAY NO QUIBBLE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. We accept returned items within 30 days of purchase, however you must notify us within 14 days to obtain a returns number otherwise it will not be accepted back.
  3. We DO NOT refund original or return carriage charges we will ONLY refund the price of the part.
  4. Please contact us for the returns address of your item and a returns reference number. Please DO NOT send back without prior authorisation.

All the products we sell would have a minimum of 12 months warranty (unless otherwise stated), in the very unlikely event that you have a problem with any product you have purchased from us, then please do not hesitate to contact us.

  2. We will only exchange the item once we have been authorised to do so from the manufacturer alternatively you can purchase a new part and once we are authorised to do so refund the new order.
